The workflow of Epic Tours Kyrgyzstan depends on the type of client:
Together with the client, we select the most suitable tour package, discuss all program details, and confirm the booking after receiving a prepayment. Next, we arrange all necessary services for the chosen dates — hotels, transportation, guides, and other program elements. Upon the client’s arrival, we receive the full payment and provide all services included in the confirmed tour package.
We send our partners a list of available tour packages along with a commercial proposal. After the tour program and dates are approved, we receive a prepayment and finalize all reservations. The further process is identical to that for individual clients — full coordination and delivery of all included services.
